In the high-risk environment of vertical shaft hoisting, the chain link serves as the critical connection node between the chain and the hoisting device, directly determining the safety and reliability of the entire system. By precisely controlling the spatial angle of the weld and the distribution of deposited metal, this process creates a unique 3D stress dispersion structure within the weld zone, effectively mitigating the stress concentration issues common in traditional welding.
When the hoisting container encounters sudden conditions such as jamming or emergency stops, the chain link must withstand dynamic impact loads up to 2.5 times the rated load. These impact loads include not only vertical tensile forces but also lateral shear forces and torsional moments caused by container swinging. During the manufacturing phase, a combination of ultrasonic and magnetic particle testing ensures 100% coverage for detecting internal defects (such as pores, slag inclusions, or lack of fusion) with precision up to 0.1mm. During the usage phase, periodic penetrant and eddy current testing monitor surface and near-surface areas for micro-cracks caused by wear or corrosion. This full-lifecycle inspection system, combined with anti-corrosion coatings (e.g., hot-dip galvanizing), ensures stable mechanical performance in the humid, highly corrosive underground environment.
