Compared to chains manufactured according to GB, DIN, and PN standards, its performance is enhanced with C-grade reinforced (>900MPa) and D-grade (>1050 MPa) circular chains, which have high wear resistance and strength. The reason why these products have wear resistance and high strength is because high-quality alloy steel is used in the production process and Ruili's unique production technology is adopted. The steel used is highly optimized special steel. This steel is based on GBTT10560-2008 standard and has added trace alloying elements in accordance with Ruili technical specifications. The highly optimized steel combined with a special heat treatment process ensures that the produced chains can achieve higher and better technical and practical performance. This technology provides the optimal hardness distribution for each link and offers special hardening for individual links of different grades, where the hardness of the circular arc is high, but the hardness of the straight edge of the link is low and has good toughness. Due to the increased tensile strength of the chain, especially the highest grade: D grade, it is susceptible to application in highly corrosive environments. In these cases, we recommend using our computer-aided design software to analyze and select the most suitable chain for everyone to use.
