  • Q How do you prevent rust during international shipping?

    A We use a "three-layer protection" packaging method: chains are coated with anti-rust oil, wrapped in VCI film, and sealed in waterproof plastic and wooden cases. This ensures no rust during sea freight (up to 60 days). Vacuum packaging with desiccants is also available for precision parts.
  • Q Do you provide maintenance training for the chains?

    A For bulk purchasers, we offer online or offline training covering daily inspection (measuring elongation, checking for cracks), lubrication methods (oil bath vs. drip lubrication), and replacement criteria (e.g., replace if elongation exceeds 3%) to help extend the chain's service life.
