Reinforced Structural Design: Adopting a standard stud link design, the crossbar is integrally formed with the link body. By optimizing the cross-sectional ratio (length approx. 6d, width approx. 3.6d), it evenly distributes stress when transmitting tensile forces, increasing tensile strength by over 30% compared to studless links. It also prevents the chain from tangling during stacking or retrieval, adapting to the operational needs of rapid hatch cover opening and closing.
High-Strength Materials: We use marine-grade alloy steel (such as AM2/AM3 anchor chain steel). After quenching and tempering, the link surface hardness reaches HRC35-42, and tensile strength is ≥800MPa. It can withstand the dual loads of hatch cover weight and wave impact, meeting the strength requirements for hatch securing components set by international classification societies like CCS and ABS.
Precise Dimension Matching: The link diameter (d) strictly follows hatch cover chain specifications (commonly 12.5-50mm), ensuring a seamless connection with accessories like joining shackles and end links. This guarantees smooth overall force transmission in the hatch cover chain system, avoiding local stress concentration caused by dimensional deviations.
Precision Forming: We employ CNC bending and flash welding technologies. The link roundness error is ≤0.5mm, and the stud position accuracy is ±0.2mm, ensuring precise fit with hatch cover fixing points. After welding, stress relief annealing is performed to eliminate internal residual stress and improve fatigue life.
Corrosion Protection: We offer hot-dip galvanizing (zinc layer thickness ≥80μm), epoxy coating, or stainless steel (304/316) options based on the vessel's operating environment. Hot-dip galvanized products pass the 1000-hour salt spray test, with a service life of over 15 years in marine atmospheres.
Full-Process Inspection: Every batch undergoes tensile testing (breaking load ≥110% of rated load), impact testing (low-temp impact absorption energy ≥60J at -20°C), and magnetic particle inspection to ensure no cracks or slag inclusions. We provide CCS, LR, and other classification society certificates and material reports with the shipment.
Paired with chain joints and joining shackles to form a flexible securing chain that buffers inertial impacts during ship rolling.
Compatible with hydraulic or mechanical hatch operating devices; the precise pitch (approx. 6d) ensures smooth stowage and retrieval without jamming.
Customizable link quantities and connection methods based on hatch dimensions to meet the securing needs of single or multi-panel hatch covers.
Safety & Reliability: Stud structure + high-strength materials ensure hatch covers do not loosen or detach in harsh sea conditions.
Operational Efficiency: Tangle-free links, combined with chain marking systems, allow for quick identification of length during retrieval, improving deck operation efficiency.
Cost-Effectiveness: Corrosion protection and wear-resistant design reduce maintenance frequency, lowering the total lifecycle cost by over 20% compared to ordinary links.
